Tour of Terezin is a very heavy emotional experience.  But every time I would ask tour guide a question she should start arguing to prove a point that she knew more than I did. Yes, I know a lot about history of WWII and concentration camps but it is not a competition.  As tour guide your job is to educate your group, to make them understand the significance of this place.  Not to just recite a bunch of facts that can be gathered on the wikipedia article.  Yes, she knew the facts but not much else.  Had a very negative impact on my touring experience.
