Great tour, our guide Jana was very kind, friendly qualified, professional and she speaks Italian very well.
The only problem is that the agency has put together people of different tour. The consequence has been that we visited the interior of the castle (s. Vito cathedral, golden lane etc.) without the guide, because she had to go with the rest of the group that had booked a longer and different tour.
5 stars for Jana, 1 star for the agency, 3 star in total

We had a wonderful time walking around Malá Strana with our guide.
Václav speaks Italian very well and is knowledgeable about the history of the town as well as its present. He was also keen to adapting the tour to our needs.
