Hurricane Factory is the first wind tunnel for indoor skydiving in the Czech Republic and Eastern Europe.
The wind tunnel is an indoor skydiving simulator that generates continuous air flow with a speed of up to 270 km/h. This allow you to experience the sensation of a flight using only your body. Four large fans provide laminar air flow which will lift you up and allow you to fly.
It is the perfect adrenaline experience for everyone, even those with no experience of skydiving or flying.
An experienced instructor will be with you in the flight chamber for the entire flight. This way he can help you with the correct body position as well the movements of the legs and arms.
The flying time is usually divided to 2 x 1,5–minute entries. However they can be shorter or longer, depending on the physical condition of the flyer.
After your arrival you will go through a short briefing where you will learn the basic principles of flying in a wind tunnel (basic body position, the signals that are used to communicate with the instructor while flying). You will be provided with the necessary equipment (suit, goggles, helmet) and then you can go and fly. At all times you will be in the flight chamber with an instructor who helps you and teaches you how to control your body in the hurricane-force wind.
The Hurricane factory tunnel is equipped with a recording system which means you can get photos or a DVD of your flight as a souvenir of this incredible experience.
There is an area reserved for spectators around the flight chamber. So your friends and family can also watch you in action.

Know before you go
- An experienced instructor will be with you in the flight chamber during the whole flight
- You'll need lace-up shoes and comfortable clothes under the overall (e.g. leggings, long-sleeved T-shirt, light underwear)
- We provide all the necessary equipment - the flight suit, helmet and goggles
- Flight photo and video is available after every flight for additional charge (EUR or CZK)
